Foxmoor is a family oriented, middle class community located on the Broadneck Peninsula,in Arnold Maryland, on the edge of the state capital of Annapolis. Our 177 single family homes are nestled on 40 acres of gently rolling terrain surrounded by mature, old ground woodland.
As our name implies, the Red Fox, as well as White Tail Deer, Red Tail Hawks and other rich wildlife can often be observed from back yards or just beyond the wood line of our neighborhood. Foxmoor is an ideal community for both young first time buyers and families looking for easy access to the Baltimore/Washington corridor and a quiet lifestyle once they get home.

We’re less than 2 miles (4 minutes) from Highway 50 that offers direct access to the Baltimore/Washington Corridor and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, is just 6.2 miles (12 minutes) away and represents more to this community than just a military academy producing the next generation of Naval Officers. The Academy offers a full spectrum of NCAA Division 1 college sports and welcomes the community for events surrounding Commissioning Week every May. A number of Foxmoor residents sponsor Midshipmen, offering them a home-away-from-home family support system.
Foxmoor’s signature attraction are the Kwanzan Japanese Cherry Trees that can be found throughout the neighborhood, but are showcased with 45 lining Norton Lane.
Like most sub-division neighborhoods across Maryland, Foxmoor is an incorporated homeowners association, managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We also sponsor a number of committees that assist in managing the community, so there’s ample opportunity to participate in your neighborhood. Foxmoor’s HOA dues are some of the lowest on the Broadneck Peninsula. We offer modest amenities, a Tot Lot with recreation equipment oriented for children under 12 and a Rec Lot featuring a half-court basketball and grassy free play area. Broadneck Park, a facility featuring multi-use sports fields, a walking trail and a dog park is just 2.5 miles away (5 minutes) and Sandy Point State Park on the Chesapeake is 4 miles (8 minutes).
